How do I create a task?

Tap the + button on any screen to add a new task. You can set a title, notes, priority level (A-E), and urgency/importance for the Covey Matrix.

What is the ABCDE Priority Method?

A — Must Do: Serious consequences if not completed
B — Should Do: Mild consequences if not completed
C — Nice to Do: No real consequences
D — Delegate: Can be done by someone else
E — Eliminate: Should not be done at all

What is the Covey Matrix?

The Covey Matrix (also known as the Eisenhower Matrix) organizes tasks into four quadrants based on urgency and importance:

Q1: Urgent & Important — Do first
Q2: Not Urgent & Important — Schedule time for these
Q3: Urgent & Not Important — Delegate if possible
Q4: Not Urgent & Not Important — Consider eliminating

How do I use Groups and Schedules?

Groups let you organize related tasks together with recurring schedules. Create a group, add time blocks for specific days, and your schedule will appear on the Schedule tab timeline.

How do I use the Breathing Exercise?

Open any task’s detail view and tap Breathing Exercise. Follow the guided inhale, hold, and exhale cycle to reset and refocus.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is sent to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my data?

Delete individual tasks from the task detail screen
Go to Settings > Clear All Data to erase everything
Uninstalling the app removes all data permanently

How do I enable notifications?

The app will ask for notification permission on first launch. If you declined, go to Settings in the app and tap Enable next to Notifications, which will take you to iOS Settings to grant permission.
