Once your order is delivered, a Download button appears in the My Orders tab of the app. You'll also receive an email notification with your files attached or linked.

Yes — every order includes up to 2 revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your files. Email us at heycreatordrop@gmail.com with your order details.
Some deliverables may be created with the assistance of AI generation tools as part of the production process. All orders are reviewed, directed, and finalized by a human creator before delivery. You are paying for the creative direction, curation, and delivery of your requested content.
Because every order is custom creative work, refunds are not available once work has begun. If you have a serious issue with your delivery, contact us within 48 hours and we'll work to make it right.
All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store using In-App Purchase. CreatorDrop never sees or stores your payment information. Charges appear on your Apple ID billing statement.
Check the My Orders tab in the app for your current status. If it's been more than 24 hours past the estimated delivery time, email us at heycreatordrop@gmail.com with your order details and we'll follow up immediately.
If work has not yet begun, contact us as soon as possible at heycreatordrop@gmail.com. Once production has started, cancellation is not available. For payment disputes, you can also contact Apple Support directly.
